Well my tip for the begin is not use color too much strong, try to the natural ones.. With the foundation try to a liquid one using a foudation brush... After use the concealer where you need and cover all with the powder.. Use the foundation on the neck too!! Then on your cheek use a blush and the rule is: shade, shade and shade! For the eyeliner supports your elbow on a table if you are not so expert.. Think is all, sorry for my bad English

Always if you're looking for a concealer to hide any blue under the eye use an apricot coloured base, that is one shade lighter than your foundation.
When choosing foundations don't test it on your hand, the back of your hand is completely different colour from your face do it on the cheek closer to the neck!

We're in the same boat. What I do and recommend is starting with a bb cream. Then curl your lashes and put on mascara. A light blush on your cheeks and a lip gloss or balm. Then as you get more comfortable try some eyeliner. And then just start adding stuff like foundation and eye shadow and gradually test out stuff one at a time until you find a make up routine you like.
