My nail polish always clumps when I start a second coat! I don't understand though, because I think I wait long enough for the first coat to dry?? Please help =)

Your nail polish is probably old or cheap. try putting nail polish remover in the nail polish, close the lid and shake.

Don't put nail Polish remover in it. they make thinners for it. the nail Polish remover makes it weaker so it will clip easier.

Let the first coat dry for at least 15 minutes then apply the second coat. If it is an old polish you might need to throw if out. Cheap polishes can also do that. Try cleaning the brush too.
