So I'm attempting to do newspaper nails with water not rubbing alcohol. Does it work? Any tips?

Yes it works but you have to hold it there longer sometimes. Maybe use warm water. Sometimes the print will be a little faint. Cut strips just a little bigger than your nail size. Big strips can make it difficult at times. Clear coat makes it stand out a bit more when finished. Hope this helped.

Ok. So.. *long story*
I went out with this guy, Alex, and our relationship was always like really awkward, but then there was always these really cute moments were it wasn't... But then, it was about a week towards our one month anniversary, I noticed he stopped texting me as much, and we stopped hanging out as much, and he has like this really flirty attitude, then I noticed he was hanging out with his friend Samantha a lot, and when I asked him about her, he told me not to worry because they're just friends.. But then, on out one-month aniv. He doesn't talk to me.. At all! I mean, I understand I could've said something.. But he's just like really "out-there.." And like "obnoxious" you know? So I expect him to say something.. And then, the next day, he breaks up with me (over text!) clearly stating he doesn't wanna be in a relationship at the moment.. Then sends another message saying WITH ANYONE. So I exempted it.. Until the next day, EVERYONE sees him holding hands with his "friend" Samantha! It was so embarising! I wanted to cry.. I was so angry! I never wanted to see him ever again! And now, it's been about three weeks, and he tried talking to me today! I totally dissed him, and we sorta hang out with the same people, so he kept asking if we could be friends, and I'm like in love with him, so I was just like.. So confused. I thought he was flirting, and wanted to get back together because I thought they broke up.. Then when I told him I didn't want to talk to him, he asked for a hug, (I said no) and he walks away, goes to his gf, and they hug as if I'm invisible. Then she tells my friend she doesn't like me, cuz I was talking to him??!! Ugh! I'm pretty sure he was using me to make her jealous. Am I over exaggerating? :\
