Be warm and wear the eye mask to make it dark around you. Listen to some soft music that sounds REALLY far. 😴

Suck in as far as you can, then hold your breath for 10 seconds. Release for 10 seconds. Helps calm you down.

They have lavender scented balm that you can rub on your wrist so when you lay with your wrist close to your face it'll lull you to sleep. Any lavender smelling thing should work though.
