Hi beauties, tanning is so horrible for your skin. Being outside for 15mins a day is great though. You get to take in vitamin D naturally. The sun can do so much harm to your skin's health. It causes forehead wrinkles, crows feet, etc. I am pale & I'm proud! Lol I'd rather be pale than to be super tan & possibly get skin cancer one day. Take care of your skin & don't go into those tanning beds. Much love. xo.

Hahahah I love it!
I've been paranoid about sun damage since I was about 11 or 12, so I've been taking precautions for more than half my life... so glad I do =)

Hey,Mariam. I was reading your home remedy of olive oil, almond oil, and castor oil. How much of each oil should I mix??

LOL you're so gorgeous doll. You don't need to tan every day. Trust me, you will save your skin from dark spots, age spots, wrinkles, pre-mature aging, & so much more. You can lay in the sun & get a little color, but tanning a lot will ruin your skin forever. People always compliment me on my skin & they always think I'm 17 because they say my skin is "flawless" lol I always wear a SPF 15 or SPF 30 moisturizer underneath my makeup & I always buy makeup that has at least SPF 15 in it.
