Is there anything I can do to repair my fuzzy ends aside from cutting? or is cutting the only solution? my hair is finally at the length I want and I'd hate to chop off inches =\

You can't repair them you can use products such as oils or that to create an image of sealing them back together but you can't repair the damage it's just going to travel further up the hair shaft the longer you leave it.

You have to cut it the only thing you can do is prevent ends from splitting but you need healthy hair as a base try shampoo that moisturizes like Paul Mitchell moisture and use PM super skinny serum on your ends otherwise always protect hair from heat with heat seal spray that is what I suggest.

I really don't believe that you can fix/mend split ends...cutting would be the only option. Unfortunately the more you wait to cut off your split ends, the higher the split will form and the more you would chop off :( I say trim now and use products that PREVENT split ends...also not using heat tools on your hair as much as possible, and when you do...use a heat protectant AND try to not wash your hair as often to prevent the stripping of the good stuff on it already.
Also...avoid silicones in your products (mainly serums and leave in treatments)...it tends to dry out your hair over time (causing split ends). I like using coconut oil in my hair...and biosilk!

You can use Argan Oil, they are somewhat around $18, however they are totally worth it and work great...and smell great:)

The only way to deal with split ends is by trimming them and then using a conditioning product to make your ends stronger. Pro naturals argan oil hair mask helps make your hair stronger, I use it after trimming split ends from my hair.
