I remove them with conditioner which I sit until the tracks just slip off.

I have every type of extension... My favorite are the bonding (glue in) and sewing them in! If you just rip them out of course they will damage but if take the time to take them out right they don't do much damage at all!! :)

How long have your glue ins lasted?? My hair dresser told me that she would use oil to take it out so It wouldn't wreck my hair

They normally last a week or two. depending on your maintenance of it.
