My two faced water proof eye liner smears. The first day I got it I love it and it stayed in place!

now it ends up below my eye like I've been crying all day. Does anyone have this problem? What am I doing wrong?

OMG I have the same problem.y top liner stays perfectly but my bottom lids are so oily it just runs. Many of my fellow artists have suggested priming the bottom lash line. I do it with some of my clients and it works great but not on me. Give it a try.
