Foundation disappearing act. Help!

Hi, everyone! I have a serious problem with my foundation coming off and my T-Zone getting oily after, like, two hours of wear. My skin's dry, which makes this even stranger. I moisturize, prime, apply matte Bb cream or matte foundation, and apply powder but it ALWAYS comes right off. Does anyone have tips?

Revlon colorstay. I have fallen in LOVE with that foundation. Like 6 hours after I apply it, I'm not even oily yet. Try it out. :)

Yes sarah, they have dry/normal, oily/normal.
