Eyeliner troubles..waterline or under?

You can put it on either one. if your eye is bigger, is looks better on the waterline, but if you have smaller eyes, put it under , because otherwise the eyeliner on your waterline will close up your eye and make it look smaller 😘

I do both. It depends on the look I am going for. To give a sultry smokey effect I put it on the waterline. I usually use a nude colored pencil on my waterline to brighten up my eyes.

If you have small eyes put it on the lash line. If you have big eyes like me you want to put it on the waterline and put a matching or close to matching eyeshadow over so it won't smudge(:

I set it with a powder. If I'm using colored liner I set with translucent powder.

You can put it on both. And yes to make it stay, set it with the same color eyeshadow. :)
