So I have sub-surface acne, which pretty much just means I have little bumps all over my forehead (nowhere else) but it is SO annoying. Does anyone know a way to get rid of this??

Invest in a clarisonic!

Ice it down, drink lots of water, put tea tree oil on it. Don't scrub/exfoliate it or use a bunch of cleansers, cause honestly it'll irritate the skin even more.

I got this during a three day stint at the hospital. I used the Mary Kay Timewise routine, which costs about $90, and after a week it cleared up a lot. I know it costs a lot but it really helped with cell turn over.

I have a clarisonic, I use it twice a day and my skin is fine except for these little bumps that are so far below the surface...and they're always there its not a new development I'm just getting sick of it you know? But I'll try icing it so thank you :)

I have the same thing all over my jawline. I've tried everything but so far the only thing that makes a difference is probiotics from the vitamin shoppe.

I had a similar problem, but mine was much much worse. Mine got to the point where any sort of product I would buy wouldn't do much but calm the redness slightly. I ended up going to the dermatologist to see if they could help me. My problem started out like yours, but I would recommend you keep trying to make them go away on your own before you see a doctor even though after seeing my dermatologist my subsurface acne went away.

There's no redness though, its just bumps. Like its nothing at all. No pain, no inflammation, no way to tell unless you're up close and personal with my forehead...

Hannah, is there a trader joes near you? In their skin section they have these tea tree oil facial wipes. It's so amazing. I think this may help you out.

I have no idea, I just moved 800 miles and have no clue where anything is. But I will totally check, thanks so much!

I had a facial done at spa place and the esthetician lady extracted it and did salicylic acid peel on it. I tried other creams/cleansers, none worked except for this.

Acne in different parts of your face actually tells you something about your body. During the summer I get those same bumps on my forehead it's a sign of dehydration. When I drank more water for the next week and washed my face a little more just to keep it clean it went away :)
