You'll probably never get rid of them permanently, but you can find face washes/moisturizers designed to help minimize the appearance of scars at a drugstore or sephora.

As you can see, I'm pretty obsessed with tea tree oil but I swear it works! For acne scaring the body shop has this overnight blemish removal that is ah-mazing with scaring! My best friend said she suffered from 'severe acne scarring' (she's very melodramatic ;)) and it worked like a charm!

Okay, we'll there's a few things you can do. I can't guarantee they will work since everyone's skin reacts to different things, but you can try.
1.) A mask/scrub. I use Mary Kay's mask and afterwards my skin glows and is so soft. I also use a scrub from Neutrogena and it's works beautifully! It helps get rid of any current pimples that are beginning to form.
2.) Wash your face every day, twice a day. Getting rid of those layers of skin damaged is crucial.
3.) Try a serum, such as the Clinique Dark Spot Correcter
4.) Always moisturizer. Use a natural moisturizer that is lightweight and has little to no oil in it
5.) Sage, Papaya, of Coral Reef scrubs open pores and get rid of darkness/bacteria
5.) Use a toner
6.) Try not to wear so much makeup when you can. Always wash makeup off thoroughly, this can darken the spots.
6.) Get a face massage. This one might sound funny, but getting your face massaged at a spa can help loosen the skin, calm/unstress the skin, and help it clear
Good luck!

Use Mederma. It's a scar gel. It's AMAZING! I had lots of acne scars and I used it overnight and it made it go away so now I have clear skin! Definitely try it. It's $25 but it's sooooo worth it.

I think honey has really helped my scars fade. I also got this Pond's product that was like $8 that's specifically for acne scars and its got great reviews so I'm trying it out right now. It's called the Ponds Clarant B3 lotion if you're interested. It takes time for them to fade though.. Mine took months.

I've heard a few drops of lemon on an ice cube rubbed over the problem area helps.

Scars naturally go away in about three months but to speed up the process try using a scrub like with sugar and lemon juice and olive oil. You'll want to use an exfoliant to take the top layer of dead skin off. Also I use benzoyl peroxide cream every night to prevent acne it also brightens dark spots and faded all my acne scars.
