I usually use too faced and recently switched to urban decay because my friend ranted and raved about it. I like too faced better but I don't dislike the urban decay.

I have both and I think they perform the same, honestly. If you look up "Urban Decay vs Too Faced primer" on YouTube there's a girl that did a test with both (I can't remember her name, sorry) where she wore TFSI on one eye and UDPP on the other all day.

I haven't tried Too Faced, but Urban Decay is alright. Honestly though, I prefer to use my ELF stick concealer as an eye primer over my UD, I like the consistency/feel of it more and it is cheaper.

Wet n' Wild, NYC, ELF and Stila also have items made in China. I didn't know that.
Urban Decay does not sell their products in China currently. Food for thought. Hmmm
