It might depend on how long your hair is and the texture of your hair. I have relatively thin but wavy hair. I used to keep it short at neck length but I after I started growing it out I noticed a lot more hair loss in the shower. Also, you're not supposed to brush your hair while it's wet after the shower; try detangling it gently with a wide-tooth comb. Also, putting hair up in a tight ponytail or bun can cause hair to become weaker, I believe there a YouTube videos showing you how you can do a bun or ponytail that is less damaging.

ill have to look into that. My hair goes to the middle of my back, and where i work i have to have it up at all times and so i should look for different hairstyles..im just not very good at stuff so i always do the same thing with it. I am most likely to get a hair cut soon so maybe that will help. thank you for the tip :)

I agree with Ipek. Do you deep condition your hair?

Sounds like you might need to be seen by a doctor. Get some tests done just to be sure your healthy before assuming its a product your using!
