Basically here's what you do: 1.) You put in your your extension. 2.) You throw your hair up into a bun. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDkHy1GBPRs and this is a video on how to throw your hair up into a bun :D

Hmm well you could try doing the messy bun and then put your extension in and maybe wrap it around the bun. I personally play with my hair extensions when im doing a hair style and I've owned a pair that does the same thing as yours and thats what I did, or other times I put my extensions on the underside of my hair and then I did the hair style, the extensions did'nt show in the bun very well but when I walked by, people could see them on the back of my head.

clip your extensions in upside down so when you have your hair down they stick out but when you pull your hair up they lay flat on your head

You could try clipping them in upside down or maybe instead of clipping them horizontally, you clip them vertically. I personally don't have hair extensions so I can't say whether or not it'd work.

It's better not to put your hair up with extensions.
The clips are already pulling down on your natural hair; putting up your hair will cause more stress on the hair then the extensions already have.
I have a friend who has a bald spot because of this, I'm also a cosmetologists.
