If you want to try and wax yourself, go for Veet but I also agree with Hollie :-)

I would get them done by a professional or do a lot of research on doing it on yourself. Ask your mom/friends maybe.

If you are going to do it yourself do your lower legs only at first... also start with strips from veet or alike... don't use real wax on your own at first!

I'm a cosmetologist, and I have my own wax warmer and supplies and when I first got all of that stuff I was excited and wanted to just wax everything and everyone. So I waxed my legs. It sucked. And unlike when you wax other places the hair grew back almost as fast as shaving it. There was also a few places where it caused bruising. I haven't done it since.

I wax my own legs but I'm a fully qualified beauty therapist, I wouldn't recommend doing it yourself simply because you'll end up giving yourself a lot of ingrown hairs. try getting a half leg wax on your first go, it goes just a little above the knee just so you get used to the feel.
