Also, if you can make yourself clip them in everyday, it's much better for your hair than the sew in method and I believe you would start seeing some growth in your own hair. Sew in puts a lot if unneeded stress on the hair. Once you get used to clip ins, you can have them in within 5 mins. Also, you typically don't have to worry about styling them much, as you don't sleep on them. And can you imagine how restful your sleep would be without all those extensions in your head?! I had glue in once and after I got rid of them I slept so good. I didn't realize how much they bothered me at night

Monica I hope this info helps... I manage a salon and when we launched our hair extensions care and maintenance package is a must... 1st...the quality of the extensions is very important... You get what you pay for... But even on your cheaper clip ins or a full head of hair weaved or beaded it... The care is key... The redken diamond oil shampoo and conditioner... The deep facets treatment on ends of extensions... Leave on for 10 min... Also the diamond oil is a must!! It will actually penetrate into the cuticle... Other oils contain silicone which just sits on the hair... This oil will penetrate into the cuticle of the hair...you must also use a heat protectant... A boar bristle brush will give them shine and softness!! I know this is really long but so many different products were tested and this combo will really give you more longevity for your extensions!! ❤
