For feet it's always best to do something nice and simple, since toenails tend to be too small for any designs... Maybe you could get a nice color on all your toes apart from the big toe? And do that as an accent nail :)

Do a design of something you love on your big toe and the rest of your nails a colour that is less on your big toe. or you could do a paint spatter design with white as the base colour. or even three flowers (pink, teal and purple?) with a white base and the rest of your nails with teal or something?
