My mom used to run her nails under really cold water. it would make the polish sorta "freeze" but it has to be really cold otherwise instead of "freezing" they will smudge if the water is not cold enough. don't know if that made any sense lol but I've tried it and it works for me. cute nails btw.

The layers may be why. Next time try letting it dry coat by coat fully before adding another layer.

I was leaving it a good 20 mins between layers but the next layer seems too re wet the one under it. maybe I should leave them longer each time? I dunno I'm pretty new too this nail thing lol x
