I'm super uptight about getting ALL of the makeup/dirt off my face. I usually use makeup remover and cleanse after to get the job done but it still doesn't remove everything fully. Even when I don't wear makeup, I go over my face with a makeup remover wipe and it's dirty (ew) it takes foreverrrr for me to try to remove everything and make my face spotless. Can anyone recommend good products or techniques that will remove makeup/dirt better? :\ I seriously spend so much time in the bathroom cleansing my face (I'm kinda a clean freak) Anyways end of ramble.

I already have a Clarisonic and hate it, plus I refuse to use it everyday, so that's not an option.
Right now I currently use neutrogena makeup remover + purity by philosophy/st Ives apricot scrub/clean and clear cleanser (I switch between those three throughout the week )

I just need any advice on home to remove makeup/grime better, faster and more efficiently. Thanks! :)

I do the same since I don't wanna end up breaking out just because I didnt clean well enough. anyway have you ever used olive oil to remove your makeup? it works better than most conventional make up removers. you can either massage your face with the oil for a few mins or use cotton pads. I recommend double cleansing. once to remove the makeup plus dirt and olive oil and second to reaaaallly cleanse your face. make sure to massage your whole face (don't neglect your hairline) for a few minutes. a few times a week you can even use sugar, sea salt, baking soda, or even epsom salt mixed with your cleanser to better exfoliate and cleanse your face. after use a toner (I use apple cider vinegar and witch hazel) with a cotton pad to see if there is any makeup left over. if there is I would cleanse once more then tone again. It's worth spending extra time washing your face so you can go to sleep at ease knowing your face is clean and you won't get any preventable breakouts.

I'm the same exact way!
I use Ponds makeup removing wipes all over my face & eyes. Then, I use Ponds Cold Cream and rub it all over my face to remove any leftover makeup the wipe didn't pick up. If I still have eye makeup leftover, I use either coconut oil, olive oil, or my eye makeup remover from Almay.
Next, I wash that all off. Cleanse with my face cleanser, then use toner, and finally moisturizer. If I need to, I'll use my spot treatment as well.
