Does anyone have any recommendations in regards to using an adhesive to keep loose eye shadows/pigments on your eye-lid? I use Urban Decay's eye shadow primer daily, but in order to use these loose powders/pigments, I think I need something stronger to hold the powder to the eye lid...any advice out there??

If you put them on wet, they will go on easier and look more vibrant! Just spritz your makeup brush with water, visine, or fix +, swirl it with some shadow in the lid, and apply!

Visine really? Huh...never would have even thought to use that!! Do you have a preference or a favorite between water, visine, or fix +? I'll definitely give these a try. Thanks a lot for the tips!

Fix + for sure :)

I've never used visine, but people recommend it! Personally I just use water. It seems to give the same general idea as using any of the other mediums. Fix + is just too expensive when water does the same thing!

Great! Thank you guys, used some water this morning and worked really well. I don't know why I was so hesitant to do this in the first place, but hey. Thabnks again! :)

I recommend getting a little travel spray bottle from walmart and using it for spraying your brush. Pigments and mineral shadows usually work best when applied wet. Ideally you want to use fix plus BUT it's kinda pricey to be spraying your eyeshadow brush like crazy so I only use it when I'm going out or special occassions etc. Hope this helps! =)

I have even used saline drops, as in contact solution to wet brush when using loose shadows...

I tend to use just plain water or elf lock in seal to apply mine
