Chalk? as in real chalk? of course not. its not made to put in your eyes. be careful with whatever you intend On putting in there. eyes are sensitive.. just buy an eyepencil.

No!! get a eye pencil.Products which we use as eye make up or any make up are tested in labs for safety and quality.You can't use anything as you wish.

NYX jumbo eyeshadow in milk, roughly $6. Only use cosmetics on or around your eyes. If it's not formulated specifically for cosmetic use its not safe. Period.

No, please! Spare your eyes : ( Just get NYX's jumbo eyeshadow pencil in "Milk" and pat on some colourful eyeshadow.. Even that can dry your eyes out a lot, but at least eyeshadows are supposed to be near your eyes.. Just be careful, be really careful, whatever you do, be careful. But the only thing you should not do is use chalk for that : S.
