A winged eye is just a regular wing. but the cat eye y when you do a winged eye and connect it to the bottom of your eye sooo yeah I don't know how to explain it exactly ill look up some pics :)

I think the difference it the wing, on the cat eye it tend to be more subtle & on a winged eyeliner it tends to be more dramatic and lifted upwards while on most cat eyes it's just a straight like when closed.

Every cat eye has a wing but not every wing is a cat liner. A cat liner is when the eyeliner is a lttle bit longer and noticeable.

I defos agrey with lesley, a cateye has eyeliner conected of to the bottom lash line, however winged eyeliner doesn't. Cat eye is more night time and winged is more day time.
