So for some reason I get bags under my eyes all the time! And not just one or two but more like 5 or 6. I get plenty of sleep and drink tons of water. Does anyone have tips on how to fix this?

Well you can cover it with concealer. Dab it on, don't spread it

Drink more water. Do you rub your eyes a lot or does it run in your family?

Try frozen spoons. It helps them a little bit not too much but leave them in the fridge for about 7 hours or so.. They have to be really cold so it would work :) try a highlighting concelear so your eyes would be more brighter :))
