Any product that contains salicylic acid does, salicylic acid takes off layer by layer of your blackheads until they're gone, so a face wash with this ingredient will help.
Pore strips will also help, but will only extract newer blackheads that are looser.
An actual extraction tool may also be needed, you can get them at the drugstore, to use these you have to exfoliate your skin first and be gentle so you don't break the skin.
