Try all of the above, and if you're going to start wearing foundation wear a setting powder :) that helps a lot with not looking oily, I recommend rimmel stay matte :) its amazing and its less than $5!

I use Clinique pore minimizer oil blotting sheets in the morning and evening to help absorb any unwanted oil :) oil free foundations are the best to oily skin you should try those I find neautragena to work best with my skin. (: hope this helps a little bit!
