I really love Pantene, what are you using?

Pantene makes my hair drop maybe because of the ingredients. I use head and shoulder. I have a video fully on hair with the shampoo I use, do check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptysXR-0y3g

Pureology! Its made with quality ingrediants & it doesnt get bubbly when you lather! (which is good, because that ingrediant is not necessary)

I like aussie shampoo and conditioner, it is a bit pricey for 5 pounds a bottle but it works wonders making your hair shiny, healthy, and moisture rich, and most importantly for you it makes your hair appear thicker. I would definitely recommend aussie

It's not the shampoo making your hair fall out. Plus your hair will shed anyway to make room for new hair.

Yes.... It's not the shampoo making your hair fall out. It can be heat, styling, brushing...

Lush has a great shampoo bar called "New" stops hair loss and promotes new hair growth! I loved this one! Especially nice for post-partum hair fall out!

Take a section of hair about the same diameter of a drinking straw and with some tension pull the hair from root to ends. If you have more than 3 hairs in your fingers you might be losing hair which can be caused by a variety of reasons(diet, medications, stress)..but also if you are coloring your hair or using a lot of heat tools it could just be breakage which in that case you need more moisture in your hair.
