I recommend doing a natural oil (such as olive oil) hair mask first and if you're not satisfied with those results, you could try John Frieda's Luminous Color Glaze Clear Shine or Clairol's Natural Instincts Shine Happy. They're both fairly inexpensive. Hope this helps!

Try washing your hair with beer!! It's a great cheap way to add some shine and body to fine hair. I'm not sure exactly why -- but it works!! You use room temperature beer, after your shampoo and before your conditioner. Plus, it doesn't make you smell. Also, I find that eating avocado/ almonds/ good fats helps my hair to be more lustrous! Hope this helps you :)

Moroccan oil... I use it every time I wash my hair. Saved my blonde (dyed) hair and gave it shine! I also use bumble and bumble shine spray

I will definitely try the beer one! but I've tried so many shine shampoos, I want home remedies! I've used apple cider vinegar for weightloss! it seems like a cure all!
