Lemon slice and cinnimon scrub??

I have heard of the lemon slice and cinnamon scrub. My question is how do you do it?? Do you use just the lemon juice mixed with cinnamon or just rub the slice with cinnamon on it on your face??

I'm not sure but I think mixing the lemon juice with the cinnamon would be more effective

Use the lemon slice. I do that except with brown sugar, not cinnamon.
