Soak a green tea bag then put it on your eyes.

Put wet spoons in your freezer and on your eyes after they're frozen.

Make some at home fruit face masks, just use fruits that cotain vitamin d, c, etc & mash them together. (The vitamins in the fruit will help brighten undereyes & puffyness will most likely ho away after a few uses.)
