I have hooded eyes. So I don't really know what eye makeup will suit me most and I really need some help. Please?

And don't forget to highlight your inner corner of your eyes..it will open up them

Highlight in inner corners, and eyeliner on the very outer corner of your bottom lash line, (probably the best bet would be brown) and a winged eyeliner on the top line with mascara.
Don't put the brown bottom line in your water line, just below your lash line!
Oh and don't go crazy with the wing on your top line, keep it smallish and classy c:
