AdSense is a service offered by Google that gives you a teeny tiny portion of the revenue if people click on the ads. It only makes a difference if you have hundreds or thousands of readers, the majority of whom willing to click the ad. In general, you won't make any money and Google gets to place advertising on your blog for free.
People won't think your blog is sponsored just because it has Google ads. However, a disclaimer statement is easy to write if you feel it is necessary. Just mention that your opinions are your own, mention that you do collect revenue from ads, and disclose if a company sends you something to use.
