I use GHDs and tbh I've used other people cheap £12 unbranded ones and they have been better in my opinion!! I think it's down to personal preference and what works for your hair :)

HAI hair straightener. My college roommate had super thick curly frizzy hair and it worked wonders so I bought one. My sister has one now and she has thick curly hair but you'd never know it. My aunt is a hair stylist and this is what she has in her salon. It's not as well known brand but it's the best!! You can get it on amazon. It's black with blue plates

I use Tool Science Digital flat iron with titanium plates(better than ceramic.) I have really long hair (28 inches) so I need to get the job done. It's a professional iron from Sally Beauty Supply

While I can't say anything about hair straightening itself, I can say do your own research before getting a hair straightener for yourself. I believe it is better to test exactly on your hair to figure out which flat iron works good for you. Or if there is no such possibility, read then reviews on https://www.hairstraightenermodels.com/. Hope this helps!
