You have beautiful hair, I guess biotin works differently on people cause I've been taking biotin over 3 months & my hair is not even to my shoulder, & I do an egg yolk with coconut oil mask twice a week:(

Did it break you out in acne? I tried the vitamin called hair nail and skin I believe and it broke me out an someone told ne out was from biotin.

@ Linda no it didn't maybe you weren't drink enough water cause its a water base supplement you have to drink enough water to break the pill well at least that's what I've been told I haven't experienced any acne(:

I take 10,000 but there is also 1,000 & 5,000 & you don't need a doctors prescription unless you pregnant you have to ask the doctor if you can take em(:

Oh yea it does make your hair all over your body grow excepr maybe d hair on your head...haha...but that's just my experience...it made d hair on my legs grow so fast I've never had such growth before and none on my head..I just stopped it..aah well.
