The wing is a little shakey, and its not that smokey but it still looks very pretty.

I would fix the wing, and try a darker color and blend in outer corner like this:

The wings a little shaky. If you wanna go for a darker color I'd say tape the side of your eye and follow that with a kohl black liner then blend it out with a black eye shadow, then use browns to blend the shadow out! You made a nice look but it's not exactly smoky.

Also, use a tinted primer or a skin colored base or a concealer to hide your veins/ even out the color of your lids, it makes shadows look much cleaner

That isn't a Smokey eye... this is a traditional Smokey eye, fades from dark on the lid to lighter in the crease. touch up your wing and bring the eyeliner to the center making the line thinner the closer to your eye. also smudge the darkest shade on your lashline then the lighter shade right under it. you also need to line your waterline and tight line for a Smokey eye.
