What is your weekly workout routine and what do you normally have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?

MONDAY: I have swimming for 1.5 hrs
TUESDAY: nothing (I am starting dance in a few weeks)
WEDNESDAY: netball training for 45 mins
THURSDAY: netball training for 1 hr and swimming for 1.5 hrs
FRIDAY: nothing ( sometimes jog)
SATURDAY: netball game for 1.5 hrs
SUNDAY: nothing
Also I play basket ball but the season for that hasn't started yet and as I said I am starting dance two days a week.
Breakfast:2 weetbix, 5 strawberries or other berries, tea
Lunch, roll, sandwich or salad
Snack: yogurt or fruit or vegies and dip
Dinner whatever mum is making
Desert yogurt or fruit

I'm 15, and I'm a serious tennis player. I have been on varsity team since I was 12 and I have been members of clubs, with some of them best trainers in America.
I do train pretty hard but it pays off.

Monday:
Tennis (11-1)
Jog 1 mile
Tennis (3-5)

Tuesday:
Tennis (11-3)
Run (2 miles)

Wednesday:
Tennis (11-1)
Aerobics (3-4)
Tennis (7-8)

Thursday:
Tennis (12-4)
Run (2 miles)

Friday:
Tennis (11-1)
Run (5k)

Saturday:
Strength training (2 hr)
Tennis (3-5:30)

Sunday:
Rest and healing day

Food:
Morning: 1 cup of nuts (good protein) and a small bowl of berries with a healthy smoothie

Lunch: Salad with no dressing, rice and chicken soup, chicken salad

Dinner-
Many things, I eat basically anything at dinner but NEVER fast food

Desert: None (bad to eat after dinner)

Hahaha oh my.
Monday: Training from 3-4 then boxing from 7-9
Tuesday- I work all day after school which keeps me on my toes but I go to the gym in the morning
Wednesday: Training and boxing again
Thursday: work and gym
Friday- free day
Saturday & Sunday I visit my dad so ill go for runs or my personal favourite, watching a movie while jogging in place/ doing jumping jacks.
I also do dance in school and a lot of it is working out and stretching unless we're working on routines, I do this every other day.
Breakfast: protein shake
Lunch- water and usually a salad or some sort of vegetable with tuna or chicken, no dressing
Snack- usually blueberries <3
Dinner: tends to be chicken or some sort of protein with salad and rice
I'm diabetic so I have to watch my carbs because they cause blood sugar spikes, and I have to eat protien in every meal because of the amount of weight training I do

Monday-Friday drill team 5:45-6:30 we do cardio and muscle training, 6:30-10 we dance non stop.. So pretty much cardio workouts for 4 hours every morning

Monday: Nothing
Tuesday: Nothing
Wednesday: Nothing
Thursday: Sometimes hula hooping when I can be arsed to go
Friday: Nothing
Saturday: Nothing

About once a month I'll do some squats like its going to do some fucking good.

Meal times? I don't even know what the hell time of day it is cos I work at a 24hr Mcdonalds so I just eat some crap and get on with things.

Hurrah for the healthy lifestyle! I admire your determination. But I'll never be that kid. Good job I don't put weight on and can just pretend I'm healthy haha
