I think it's fine cause I'm 14. Just experiment before you go out in public so you know what looks good and what doesn't. And don't overdo it either.

I think that if you want to wear makeup everyday do it but do a no makeup look so maybe bb cream a natural looking mascara a bit of lip gloss if you want but on special occasions do whatever you want haha! And if you do want to wear a full face its your choice x

Honestly if you have good skin don't bother. When I started wearing makeup I noticed that I broke out a lot more. But maybe that was just me back then.
