Okay so I was wondering if any one suggested any really good primers and moisturizers.
Thanks!
ABOUT MY SKIN: I have dehydrated skin so my skin produces oil to hydrate itself.
Hence why I need a good primer and moisturizer!

Benefit primed and poreless or benefit porefessional. A cheaper alternative is rimmel fix & perfect.

LUSH Celestial is a wonderful primer. If you're looking for SPF go with Shesido. BareMinerals has my favorite primer, but Hourglass and Tarte also have lovely ones.

Has anyone tried philosophy's moisturizers or clinques?

Clinques not bad but when its really windy or cold I feel like the moisturizer is stripped from me and leaves dry patches.

You're probably oily and dehydrated and your skin isn't producing oil to hydrate itself because oil is lipids not moisture. You want a water based moisturizer. Primer I don't know I have yet to find a good one for me besides Mark Primed for Perfection. But I used Mark Matte Chance Mattifying Lotion and it kept my face shine free throughout the day. I like full coverage makeup and long lasting so primers for me really just create a smooth canvas its not really for prolonging the foundation I wouldn't be able to tell. Tarte has nice primers or smashbox.
