I have pasty white legs, and don't tan. What're some good low- to mid-range products that I could use to make them look as good as possible? I am not in the market for self-tanner, I want nothing semi permanent, just cosmetic. I am thinking something that has a little coverage to even out skin tone, and perhaps something with a little shimmer/sheen?
Any suggestions?

Sally Hansen's airbrush legs is around $10 and does a great job evening out my legs when I wear dresses. Find it at ur local drugstore. =]

I've heard that can be super matte, but I guess I could put a shimmer lotion on top? Or would it smear...?

It sets pretty well and it does have slight shimmer to it, but no chunky glitter bits. It's not matte at all. They do run a bit light though - I had to purchase their tannest color for to even my pasty white legs out to match my NC30 face... so I recommend you bump yourself up a shade when purchasing. I haven't had any issues with smearing or transfer to clothing, however I'm a bit of a sucker for LBD's, so I can't really tell you if it may affect lighter colored clothing. Hope that helps! =D
