I found out that the elf primer does NOT work as well as high end. It works, yes. But after using high end one's first, I noticed that it actually does not compare. The potion really is worth the $$.

For a more high end one I would say the urban decay one but if you want want that still works well but is cheaper I would go with elfs eye primer

I have a dumb question... what's the difference between a "good" one and not so good one? I made a post about eye primer but no one answered :-( lol I can barely blend my shadow with the one I have.
