I would recommend a brow powder, it looks more natural than a pencil
I use an eyebrow kit by Prestige that I love
Elf also has a good one under $5 along with Anastasia which is high end :)

I find a brown gel eyeliner and a dark brown eyeshadow work good. Trace the outline of your eyebrows lightly with the gel using an angled brush, then fill the the bulbs (the beginning of your eyebrows) and the tails (the ends) with light strokes of the eyeshadow. With the same brush gently blend in the gel liner into the shadow along your brows for beauts brows :)

If you are looking to not spend a lot of money you can buy or use a eyeshadow that you already own that is close to your hair shade and fill them in with that! It looks natural and is much less harsh than a pencil.

I tried maybelline eyebrow pencil and fell in love with it! It's just as natural as an eyeshadow beecause the pencil itself has like a crayon consistency, so its very light and easy to use! Natural polished look.

I recommend using an eyeshadow. Use a matte not shimmery one because the matte will look more natural. :)
