Ya, I've done this but the key is to put aloy so you won't get razer burn, it leaves my skin smooth and soft.

This is what I do, I put on a thick later of baby oil on my legs and then apply my sensitive skin shaving creme on top of that. I find it helps create a barrier to protect skin so I get less red bumps. It really does help in my opinion.
