My friend actually wanted to grow her hair out so she said didn't use any heat on it and it grew a lot in a decent amount of time! Hope that helps!:)

I had very short hair! I take folic acid pills, hair nails and skin vitamins. and I also use Nisim FAST shampoo! look it up! its awesome! it makes your hair grow faster in a shorter amount of time! :) hope I helped!

Eating well help a lot and massage your scalp when you shampoo... make natural hair mask for your hair there's toonnnss of recepies just look it up and take vitamins.. and try not using much heat and use heat protectant when you do use heat.. hope that helped :)

Heyy... I do the same thing as Monica. Using FAST shampoo and taking Biotin tablets, seen a great amount of growth. Also if your thinking about condition of hair then avoid/ minimise straightening, use a leave-in argan oil product, and for conditioners try hair mayonnaise and Charles worthington salon style melting balm. Also you can massage castor oil into your hair and leave in before wash. Phew! Lol hope that helps x
