I'm interested in learning more about non-shampoo hair routines. I want to wean myself off of as many products and chemicals as possible!
I have a bunch of castile soap (dr bronners) and I heard that it works well diluted for washing hair.. can anyone vouch? I'm new to the idea and curious about what's out there and what people have experienced w/ minimalist hair care :)
thanks much guys xx

Works great!! Dilute it and focus on your scalp! I use a squirt bottle.

Castile soap isn't great with hair from my experience. I hear ACV (apple cider vinegar) is a great option. Also I've seen a recipe with coconut milk, castile soap, and maybe some EO (essential oil)

Also, there's no need to wash your hair daily. It will take your hair/scalp time to adjust but the oil production will go down after a bit.

Wen, and Evercreme are options, if you find Bronners too drying.
