So I've really been wanting to be able to do this hair style but I have semi long and really layered hair and it never works and I've watched many videos and still nothing, any tips?

Put it in a pony tail and tease all you can and add hair spray so that it can stay in place. my hair is long too and I have layers but this helps me a lot. I hope this helps!
