I personally like naked 2 over 1 because I think it has a little more variety when it comes to the number of warm and cool colors then the original naked palette but they are both pretty similar. If your going for a good neutral palette you can't really go wrong with either. Have you considered the naked basic palette?

Naked 2 is better it is more for the tan and dark shades the Naked basics and the normal Naked palette is more for fairer complexions.
