I need help with my hair!! I really want long hair and fast, but unsure how 2 grow it quick. I hav heard horse shampoo works. Is this tru?? Any other ideas?

I just cut my hair about two weeks ago and it's already grown about an inch and my friends and parents noticed that it had gotten longer so trimming splint ends every two-three weeks to keep it healthy would be a good idea
