Whenever I've seen someone online with heavy dark circles and then they have an "after make up" picture and they seem to go away, it's always collection 2000's concealer. It's about 11ish bucks on eBay and also it's good for blemish concealing too because it doesn't make anything look cakey. (Haha sorry for the long post but it's a crazy awesome concealer)
