I use a heatless method, the headband curls or the twisting technique. :)

I use a curling wand to make tight curls then set them with salt spray before I go to bed. In the morning I brush out the curls then add some more salt spray and serum to the ends.. Perfect loose curls that last for days :)

For natural curls I defuse and for defined curls I use my 1 inch flat iron.

I use conair's infinity curling wand then at night I put 2 flexirods in my hair to maintain the style.

I keep them with Luck and a good hair day lol! J.K. I use a curler to the highest setting and do these tight old fashion curls and then I put hairspray, let it work for one min and then really mess up my curls with my fingers to create nice lose curls.

I don't know if you can see then clearly, but I curl my hair making pin curls, leaving them overnight and thats it, no heat :)
