I want to get longer hair so I started taking biotin but what else is there? Also how do you use coconut oil on your hair?

Try mane & tail shampoo to grow out your hair. :)

For the coconut oil, I massage it in at the beginning of my shower and rinse it out at the end my shower (about 15-20 mins haha)

When you get out of the shower coat your hair (scalp to tips) with coconut oil. Put your hair in a bun and either leave it in for 30 minutes, or for a deeper treatment leave it in over night. Wash out in shower or sink with shampoo.

My hair just barely touches my stomach, if I straighten it then ya about stomach length.

I used mane & tail for about 6 months then stopped b/c my hair needed more moisturizing shampoo. It helped tho :) go in for trims too to get rid of split ends. It's taken me about 1 1/2 years now
